Our assistance is not a scholarship — it is full or partial funding of tuition fees for students pursuing professional courses from government institutes. It is repayable after the candidate receives placement, or after six months from the completion of the course — whichever is earlier.

Who Can Apply?

Cleared Competitive Entrance

You must have cleared an entrance test for an institute of national repute — such as JEECUP, JEE, or any government-conducted professional course examination.

Financial Hardship

You face genuine financial difficulty and are unable to raise an education loan from commercial banks because you have no property or deposits to pledge as collateral.

Government Institute

The course must be a professional or vocational programme at a government-recognised institution. The application must be certified by the Director of the institute.

Does Trust Suvas offer a scholarship?

No. Our education assistance is not a scholarship but is in the form of full or partial funding of institute fees. It has to be repaid so that the money can go on to support other students in similar circumstances.

Does one have to apply at the beginning of the course?

No. Applications can be filled up at any time during the course. You do not need to wait until the beginning of the academic year.

Is there any interest on repayment?

No, there is no interest payable. However, beneficiaries are free to pay an incremental amount so that our support network grows with time and helps more students.

When is the assistance to be repaid?

It is repayable after the beneficiary receives placement, or after six months from the completion of the course — whichever is earlier. There is no pressure during the course.

How will the funding reach the applicant?

On selection, the fee will be deposited directly to the institution after signing an agreement for repayment. No cash is transferred to the student directly.

How is verification done?

Details given in the form will be verified by the institution and through local verification by the Trust Suvas team. The institute director must certify and endorse the application.
